Spencer Smith

Originally from the Chicagoland area, I grew up a city kid through and through. Moving to Colorado to attend Colorado State University without ever visiting beforehand turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I graduated from CSU’s business school, served as club president of the CSU hockey team, and after eight years here, I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

I got into real estate because I love connecting with people. Buying or selling a home is often the largest and most emotional transaction in someone’s life, and my goal is to guide clients through it with poise, precision, and genuine care. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers and those exploring new construction, focusing on relationships above all else. My clients describe me as calm, detail oriented, and a strong negotiator who explains every step clearly and keeps the process running smoothly.

Fort Collins is a community that truly feels like home. From friendly neighbors who introduce themselves on day one to the perfect blend of big city amenities and small town warmth, all framed by those mountain views, it’s a special place to live and work.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me spending time with my partner Sophie and our energetic pup Winston, exploring local trails, catching a sunset, or visiting shops in Old Town. I’m also a lifelong hockey player and diehard Chicago sports fan, which builds character to say the least. Whether it’s sports, coffee, or home goals, I’m always up for a good conversation.

At the end of the day, I believe real estate is about relationships first. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by an incredible team of mentors and colleagues including Ryan Livingston, Brandon Bidwell, and Dennis Schick, who share that same belief.
